As the title suggests, our Customer Success Managers work with our existing clients to ensure that they are implementing successful strategies that are destined to best serve their business. Primarily functioning as a Digital Strategist, we’re very excited about how this new role has the potential to further grow our client’s business’ and help them to maximise their online presence.
Our Customer Success Manager serves as an internal advocate for clients as they work alongside developers, project managers and customer service agents to ensure that our clients are receiving the best possible outcomes. Ultimately, this ensures that everything that is being done in the background, contributes towards realising the client’s goals and complements their ongoing digital strategies.
This new role places our team members in a unique position - they have a close understanding of our client’s needs and work to ensure that ongoing support and engagement for upcoming projects is clearly understood, and anticipated, ensuring they can be managed with the highest standards by all parties involved.

They will work closely with our clients to assist them with creating a digital vision for the future in terms of their business and then devise a plan to map out how this vision will be accomplished.
